Q1. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: For bulk orders, it is recommended that you start with the quantity of one container, so as to save the freight and have a good price.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Samples need 1-2days if we are producing this model or we have it in stock, mass production time depends on the quantity, normally within10days.
If for batch orders, we need about 20-40days according to the product list. Please confirm with our sales manager when you are placing order.
Q3. Are you a manufacturer?
A: We are a professional manufacturer of solar products, we have our own R&D team and factory.
Q4: Do we have warranty policy?
A: We will have warranty policy for all betterday products according to it's validity period(exp chip upgrade). Please go to your sales manager and distributor to get more information about the detail warranty policy.
